DELIVERY & RETURNS
ALTERATIONS POLICY
If an alternation is required for your garment purchased from www.kloffman.com, please send an email to customer@kloffman.com and attach the scan copy of the receipt from your local tailor for the garment alternation.
A coupon of maximum US$ 50 will send to your registered email within 30 days after the receipt of your application.
The alternations policy only apply on the Suit or Blazer, and do not cover the shirts and accessories purchased from www.kloffman.com
RETURN POLICY
Kloffman only accept a return of garment purchased from us with complying all the following requirements:
- A return is accepted within 21 days of the shipment date from Kloffman.
- Garment must be unworn and in good condition
- Damaged, altered or adjusted garment is not accepted for return
Kloffman do not have a fully refund policy, however, we will remake your order after receive your returned garment.
Kloffman reserves the right to deny the refund or remake to an order which is believed to be worn or damaged.
Shipping cost of the returned garment will be refund together with the order after we inspected the conditions of the returned garment.
Due to the limitation on fabrics supply, you may be asked to pick an alternative fabric for your remake order.
TAX & DUTIES
Taxes and duties may applicable to your order depend on the shipping country of your order:
Hong Kong orders are not subject to taxes and duties.
Customers will only be charged for the price of the product(s) purchased (excluding taxes and duties) and the delivery costs. Customers will be responsible for the payment of all import tax and duties levied by the country to which the products are shipped and payment of the said tax and duties is necessary for the release of the products ordered from the Customs on arrival. Our courier, will contact customers about the details of any import duty to pay. We advise you to contact your local customs authority to determine the cost of import tax and duties of your order prior to your placing orders with us.
